All of these works are full of life. Life from the water. Life from the forest. Life from my heart. They feel like little magical gifts.
All of these emerged from water that I collected from a beautiful little creek near a cabin where I like to stay and from drops of ink placed around natural materials. These are all on watercolor paper that I have sealed with acrylic and placed onto a wood substrate. Each of them tells their own little story.These were so sweet to make. It felt like I was talking to the little forest by the creek and translating messages from the wild ones.
Such a gorgeous little piece! This feels so soothing and calming… like breathing in the scent of the forest or a garden full of flowers. It’s simplicty is what brings forth it’s beauty.
